Galaxy Merge is an MIT-licensed agentic coding harness for Ubuntu/Linux with a Python backend and a browser GUI. Install once with a script (Python 3.12+, local venv, a `gm` launcher), then run `gm` in any project: it detects the work root, keeps its runtime state in the project's .gm folder, starts a localhost server, opens the GUI, streams logs to the terminal and shuts down cleanly on Ctrl+C.
