Harnejr is an MIT-licensed, Ubuntu-native agentic coding harness: a Go daemon plus a local TypeScript web interface. The daemon, not the prompt, owns policy: workspace preparation, shell classification and policy-gated execution, path-boundary checks, provider routing with editable profiles, project-local memory, a Doctor readiness report, LoC quality scans and completion-evidence checks. Status is honest: ready for local harness development and controlled workspace testing; deep MCP handshakes, mature multi-agent scheduling and production sandboxing are still in progress.
